We are delighted to be able to present attending teams the option of 3 different hotel properties to choose from. Please see below for details on each.
 
All teams are required to read and ensure all guests travelling with them have read the attached Team Code of Conduct.

TEAM MANAGERS – HOW TO SECURE A BLOCK OF ROOMS FOR YOUR TEAM:


Please contact the CanAccom Group Travel Team directly, NOT the hotel via email [email protected] or phone 403-338-0959/1-888-699-8886 with the following information:

  • Team name
  • Team manager name and contact information (phone number and email)
  • How many rooms you require for your team (including players, coaches and other staff)
  • Do you require additional rooms for parents? If yes, how many?
  • A valid credit card with expiry date will be required (do not include in email)
  • Property selection

Please DO NOT email any credit card information as our secure system will not accept it. A member of our team will contact you to request this information.

IF PARENTS REQUIRE ROOMS  - HOW DO THEY BOOK ONE?


After your team has secured their team block with us, we will be ready to accept individual family reservations. Please contact the CanAccom Group Travel Team directly, NOT the hotel via email [email protected] or phone 403-338-0959/1-888-699-8886 with the following information:

  • Your team contact’s name, property name and dates of travel
  • How many adults/children you expect to have in your room for the stay
  • A valid credit card will be required to secure each individual reservation which we will gather at the time of booking. Please do NOT provide this via email.

Coach Parking available for fee ($75 - $100 must be confirmed at time of booking and must comply with city permits)

All FINAL rooming lists (including any parent bookings) are due no later than NOON, October 26, 2023.

Please note that liquor consumption is prohibited in public areas anywhere on the hotel premises outside of guest rooms (excluding a restaurant, bar or lounge). The use of a conference or hospitality room for the purpose of consuming alcohol requires the purchase of a liquor license.
