The 2022 tournament entry fee is $3,600.00 CAD (taxes included).
Please make cheques payable to NWCAA and enclose your cheque with your completed application form. Date cheques to concide with application submittal date.
To expedite the process, please submit the application form below and mail your cheque.
Please note the entry fee must be received by mail prior to receiving final acceptance.
